Loved the comfy beds and warm indoor pool. Wi-fi was unreliable .

The rooms were amazingly comfortable and perfect and we could park on site. The amazing service and shuttle to downtown far exceeded our expectations. Fortunately, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a good bonus.

The breakfast was decent, nothing crazy, but I noticed they had those towel designs like swans or whatever, added a nice touch. The staff were friendly and even provided umbrellas for those wet moments outside, unexpected.

It wasn't inexpensive, but it was acceptable for the experience we had.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Very good location. Just a few minutes to the college of Lacrosse. We were by restaurants in walking distance and close to Walmart if you needed something. Would stay here again. Nice motel.

Front desk staff was not helpful and a little rude when checking in. Had family that checked in before me and they said the same thing.

The queen room wassuper clean and cozy with air conditioning, tv, and free toiletries. The indoor pool was a nice temp, and the fitness center had a few cardio machines. Breakfast had decent options like muffins and yogurt, but they could improve on pastries. The location was great for accessing local attractions.

Check-in felt disorganized, as there was a mix-up about early check-in despite rooms being ready, leading to unnecessary waiting in the lobby. Noise from the hallway and outside could be intrusive at times. The refrigerator in the room struggled to keep items cold, frustrating, especially when relying on it for drinks and snacks.

The hampton inn was in a great location near lacrosse, easy to explore. The pool was a nice temperature and not crowded at all. I also appreciated the fresh bedding and comfortable beds in our queen room.

The lobby at the Hampton Inn was spacious and cute. The Evergreen King room had a fresh smell that lifted my spirits. Bed comfort was solid, and the bedding felt clean. Access to a microwave and mini fridge added convenience, especially for snacks. The shower pressure was strong, but housekeeping could improve attention to detail. I noticed dust on the coffee maker. The pool area had a decent temperature but lacked vibrancy. A neighbor's noise made it hard to sleep, despite it being a quiet hour. Breakfast options included cereal and yogurt, but a bit more variety could enhance the experience. The friendly staff and nice room were great.

We really enjoyed the refreshing pool and the breakfast buffet had a ton of options that pleased everyone in my family. The location was perfect for visiting nearby parks and trying out the delicious eateries. Plus, the comfortable beds.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family activities available.

the air conditioner was a bit weak, but the adorable rubber ducks for our bridal party brightened up the stay! also, the staff's service was exceptional and breakfast had a great selection.
